Good morning!

Have you noticed times when you have benefited from the all the choices you’ve made?

Maybe it was a time of loss when people around you came to your support; or, a time when you wanted physical strength and endurance and found that your daily exercise prepared you to meet the challenge; or, a time when you had a conflict with someone at work and you found that your awareness allowed you to pause, hold steady, and create a space for communication.

All of our small, daily choices create our life. We are always choosing where we will put our energy, our attention. We decide on routines to develop our consciousness, to practice good self care, to choose our thoughts, to act in ways aligned with who we are and what we want to create.

Sometimes it seems like making the “good” choices is boring. It’s like taking medicine. Yes, it’s good for us – necessary – but not very fun or exciting. And, maybe it’s not meant to be. There is something to be grateful for about the ebb and flow of energy and to appreciate the quiet strength of daily practices.

Regular, consistent practices can serve us, can build us up. They can ground us; give us strength that we can draw from at times of need when life presents us with challenge. And, it is what we can do in the now. We can practice awareness, alignment, and self care every day.

What are your daily practices? What else would you like to add to that? What would you like to let go of? What would give you a sense of grounding every day?

Ebb and flow,

Judy
