Good Morning! Today’s suggestion is to pause and consider that this present moment is perfect. This could seem like a stretch. There are many moments when things are OK/good...but perfect? That only seems to happen in the movies.

What would change if you held the perspective that this moment (wherever you are...whatever is going on...whatever you are feeling) is perfect?

If we accept that we want a full life; we want variety of experiences; we want to have the full range of feelings; we want depth – then it is reasonable to accept that every “now” moment is perfect in some way. So, the feeling of restlessness may be perfect because it is propelling you to take action; the feeling of sadness is perfect because it signifies the love you hold for someone when they are suffering, your compassion. Each situation is an opportunity to learn something, to experience something, to be alive. Our challenge is to be present to it, to be open to what is being offered.

This week notice what shows up as you ask yourself: What is perfect about this moment? How might this be serving me? What is there to appreciate here?

Perfect,

Judy
