Good Morning,
Today’s message is in the category of: Use Your Wisdom! We’ve been around long enough to have some self knowledge, and hopefully reading the messages each week encourages more reflection and awareness building.
This morning I’m suggesting that you take some time to consider:
What are the conditions that allow me to be at my best?
When am I doing my best? Being my most authentic? Feeling present?
Notice the conditions that support you being your best. What choices have you made to create this?
What might come up are things like: good self care practices (rest, eating well, exercising)….managing thoughts (gremlin busting, pivoting, choosing perspectives)…consciously choosing (actions aligned with values, clarity of vision)….balance (time management, planning ahead/being spontaneous, time alone/being with others).
What else? What is present for you? What supports your well being? What drains your well being? How does it help you to know these things?
I have some ideas – would be curious to hear what you come up with!
