Dear Creators,

Today’s cloudy sky, chill in the air and prediction of another snow storm makes it seem as though we’re stuck in perpetual winter. Ish. Everyone I’ve talked to lately has had about enough of winter and is ready for something else….warmth, color, change, spring. While we know that spring is on the way - there are signs if we look….days are longer….it is March….birds are singing spring songs - it still feels like we are stuck. So, let’s think about being stuck. That sense of same old/same old, no/limited choice, dullness, blah, blah, blah….

Where do you feel stuck? While establishing some patterns can serve us, there are also times when it is good to shake things up; do things differently; think differently; choose something else; try a new perspective!

In the book, Ask and It Is Given Esther & Jerry Hicks have this to say about being stuck:

It is not possible to stand still or be stuck, because Energy, and therefore life, is always in motion. Things are always changing. … If you want things to change to different things, you must think different thoughts.

Your challenge this week is to try out something different. Bring in some variety of thought, action, words, and/ or routine. What do you notice?

Spice of life,

Judy
