Sometimes things show up for us just when we need them. That happened to me early this fall. As I was talking to women in transition (some of you!), I found myself looking for something that would help me address what I was hearing. With so many changes occurring at this time of life; with the life experience and wisdom each person brings; it seems to be a time full of potential and challenge. How to navigate the currents of this transition? How to take advantage of this time of life when responsibilities shift, when we know more about ourselves, when we have or are ready to let go of old baggage?
